Empty package received
Summary: The discussion concerns an empty package that was received. ro548283 mentions the issue, but there are no specific details in the messages. marioelegio replies to the post, but in this case as well the communication is limited to "None".
Good evening everyone, my situation is rather unusual. I made a purchase of 400 euros, an iPad with various accessories. Now, the first problem was that the package showed as ready for pickup at the post office, and when I went there they told me to come back the next day because they had nothing. When I got home, I opened a complaint with eBay, saying that the product had not arrived. I went back the next day to the post office and the package had arrived, but when I got home the package was empty. The seller, of course, says they shipped it, but one strange thing is that on the shipping label attached to the package it says it weighs half a kilo, the problem is that only the packaging weighs half a kilo, so how is it possible that this supposed iPad weighed less than 0 grams, assuming it actually left the seller? Now, my question is this: am I covered by eBay even if I opened another complaint for the same order, considering that it was still a real problem, or am I not protected since you can't open more than one complaint for a single order? Thanks a lot to anyone who can help me, I'm kind of desperate

Mentore1 year agoYou need to close the claim for item not received and open another one for item not as described (the empty box does not match what was stated in the listing).
If your item has arrived and you want to return it in exchange for a refund, you need to cancel your dispute for item not received and open a return request.
