Package refused by recipient by mistake
Good evening
I’m laying out my problem
After selling an item and creating a label with eBay, the parcel was picked up regularly and arrived today at the recipient, who by mistake refused it..... now it asks me to release something.... in this way they will unlock the return to sender and resend it to the recipient.... but what can I do?

Mentore2 years agoSome couriers allow the sender to decide whether to make another delivery attempt or send the package back.
Usually there’s a pin to enter the site and make the choice.

OP2 years agoOk, but I still haven’t even gotten the package back... I don’t know what else to do anymore, and eBay support hasn’t done anything, not to mention the carrier Packlink, which I unfortunately used to ship it.....we’ll wait

Mentore2 years agoThe shipment wasn’t sold to you by ebay, but by Packlink, and as a broker you have to ask them... only they can unlock the storage hold.
If no one does anything, at the end of the storage period, which is 10/15 days, it will be returned to you... if предусмотрed, or destroyed, depending on what you chose when creating the label.
