Good morning, I’m writing to see if this has happened to anyone else. Yesterday I was expecting a package delivered by Hr Parcel. I get a notification from the seller saying that it has been delivered. I should mention that I was at home. No one rang the doorbell or anything. I go downstairs excitedly… the package isn’t there. I checked the mailbox, nothing. In the garden, nothing. I asked the neighbors, nothing. The package isn’t there. I wrote to the seller and he tells me that it shows as delivered on his end. So now…. Am I losing both my money and the package? I opened a report with Hr Parcel but I have my doubts they’ll resolve it. Thank you for your attention.
