Package picked up but not delivered!
my parcel was picked up by BRT but the buyer never received it.
the tracking number appears to be nonexistent, and the buyer has asked for a refund.
what can I do?

Mentore1 year agoAsk BRT for an explanation.
If the code was not entered into the system, ebay will force you to refund the buyer in the event that a claim is opened.
