Package picked up but money frozen
Good morning, I sold a pair of shoes, the buyer paid and I shipped them. The buyer picked up the package but the money is still frozen. Today eBay wrote to me saying that, based on their automatic check, my listing isn’t okay and they’ve hidden it from view. I replied immediately explaining that the item has already been sold and picked up by the buyer...
What can I do to get the money credited?

Mentore1 month agothe seller's responsibility does not end with delivery, so new or infrequent users receive the funds after 14 days.
Had you read the page about how payments work on ebay?
