Package shipped from Italy to China takes over three months to arrive?
I bought a smartphone from Easytrade. To receive it, I waited a long month. After 2-3 days it became non-functioning. My data are still inside because I no longer had the possibility to access it and delete them. I wanted to return it and Easytrade gave me an address in China. I shipped it via Poste Delivery International Standard on 23.01.2023 at my own expense. The package with code CP 0800 0426 4 IT has not been traceable for a long time (since 24/01/2023 09.44 Centro Scambi Internazionale Milano Gateway Poste Italiane). Meanwhile eBay closed dispute number 5312369588. I did everything to trace it but without result.
I am in contact with the recipient/a person in China who tells me "no" when I ask whether the package has arrived. If the package does not arrive to the recipient, or even if it does arrive, will I perhaps have a problem getting refunded afterward? In this case I would prefer that the package comes back to me. Is it possible that the package is still in transit (as reported by the shipment tracking information on the Poste Italiane website)??
I ask if someone can help me trace this package. Thank you.
