Package shipped and not received
I shipped a package on July 24 with a tracking code at the post office. The buyer wrote to me on September 26 saying that they haven't received the package. They're asking me for a refund...

Mentore2 years agoYou’d better look up the package tracking right away, even better if you can get the POD (proof of delivery = proof of delivery) from the courier.
Even if on eBay the time limits for a claim have long expired, there’s still the possibility of a dispute on PayPal’s site or a chargeback.
