Package shipped but not delivered to the buyer
I sent a package via poste 1. I have the shipping code and on the label I left the shipping details that the buyer had entered and that the program gave me automatically.
I also took out insurance up to the value of the item (60€).
The package was never delivered by poste with the explanation that the address details were incomplete and Ebay wrote to me that they are charging me for the refund that will be made to the buyer. Why?
If the post office doesn't deliver and I took out insurance, shouldn't my item be paid to me?
