Good morning, my package has been sent back. The post office says the address is wrong, but it’s the right one. Ebay won’t help me. What should I do? The package was not delivered. Will I get an automatic refund? thanks

No... if the address you provided is correct but the courier wasn't able to deliver the package because of missing information (for example, your name isn't on the indicated street number), eBay doesn't cover these cases... so you need to contact the seller, try to figure out the problem, and pay for a new shipment.
