Stolen Package
I received a package whose contents were stolen. I spoke with the seller, who confirmed to me that he had packed the package differently from what was shown in the photos. How do I get a refund?

Mentore10 months agoAsk for a return of what you received and a refund.
If the seller wants the empty packaging, they have to send you a return label (otherwise they will just refund you).

After refunding you, it will be up to him to try to recover the loss from the courier or insurance, so try to help him with photos, documents, etc..
