Package sold and delivered to eBay buyer but it still shows as in transit
Hello, I sold an item to a buyer, and the tracking code shows it was delivered 12 days ago, but on Ebay it is still displayed that the package is in transit.
Can someone explain this anomaly?? thanks.

first of all, your selling system is absolutely not okay... you are a private seller and you can't sell new items, in quantity and with variants... that's what the trader with VAT number does!
So your first concern should be to update your account by entering your VAT number... before eBay forces you to!
As for your question, you are a new seller, so updating the shipping status has no effect; eBay has to release the payment to you, not to the buyer, and this will happen after 15 days at the earliest.

OP2 years agoAs for opening the VAT number, you're right, I'm currently testing whether the shop sales develop with a good flow, anyway I'm thinking about opening it.
