Vinted package shipped from the SDA Bologna express hub operating center on 23/12/23 and then disappeared
Hello, on behalf of Vinted I sent a prepaid parcel from a post office in my city, which accepted it regularly on 21.12.23, destination province of Bergamo. The parcel contained a pair of second-hand shoes that I resold. According to the tracking, the said parcel has been being processed at the SDA operational center at Bologna HUB espresso since 23.12.23, at 01.05, and then it disappeared into the mists of time and still has not been delivered as of today, 04.01.24. I tried calling Poste Italiane but for some mysterious reason they do not want to complete my complaint and/or follow-up procedure (which is currently marked as "suspended" (!)) ...
What should I do? Advice and/or replies from you are welcome...
