good evening
after 19 years with ebay, all positive feedback, I made a sale in Spain
buyer first haggles over the price, I don’t accept, and in the end I sell, asks for UPS because they don’t steal, coincidentally it arrives and he says it was empty, in the photo you can see that he opened it and says it wasn’t tampered with.
he files a claim for the return of an empty package?
well I ask ebay to step in, after a few days they suspend the dispute, today they side with him.
so I assume we can all play smart, just say it arrives empty
I appealed, and on top of that packlink are a bunch of ........ because they want the police report to reimburse me, the buyer isn’t sending it, I ask ebay nothing
but this is clowning around and the sellers get screwed. I think I’ll close the account, they’re just shameful

Mentore1 year agoGood evening,
well... if things have gone well for you for 19 years, you should just be grateful...
A Spaniard may have scammed you, but you’ve been scamming the Italian state for 19 years by being an illegal seller...
Kind regards.

OP1 year agoMeanwhile, don't you dare, then what kind of comment would that be? I'm not abusive and I put it in the income, before speaking wash your mouth and you're the scammer and tax evader

OP1 year agoespecially dear Mr. Massimo, maybe you're acting in bad faith since you closed down your business,
don't you have anything better to do? instead of writing bs?

Mentore1 year agoBla... bla... you know very well that it’s not as you’re writing... you show a very poor understanding of the issue.
If you sell new items, you buy them specifically to resell them, it’s not enough to just include them in your "income" and even if you do, you’re still operating illegally!
Then, you posted on a public forum, and if you don’t like replies like that, don’t read them or don’t comment on them!

OP1 year agounfortunately, I write to ask for advice, not to be mocked by people who have closed businesses, so if you’re the one showing poor understanding .I, on the contrary, have highlighted a problem, while you write off-topic things; we are not chatting on social media, if you have an opinion write it, not like kindergarten children, suits you well
and the one being abusive is you, who writes and doesn’t sell a damn thing, it shows you have nothing better to do besides making useless and biased comments. if you don’t understand, that’s worse for you.

Mentore1 year agoWhat you don't understand is you... on eBay it's not mandatory to sell... and in my track record, I've got tens of thousands of sales!
So I know damn well what I'm saying... but you clearly don't!
