PACK LINK
Hello everyone, for the past 3 months Packlink has been causing obvious problems, first and foremost they take money for shipping insurance but have never reimbursed an item lost or broken during transport. Now with every shipment I get an extra charge because according to them and according to the courier I’m wrong about the measurements even though I enter kg and a higher weight; meanwhile, if I open a dispute they’re always in the right. I’m asking you if anyone has the same problem and if they solved it, how they solved it or how it can be solved. I should point out that eBay should not allow companies like Packlink to operate on their platform.

Mentore2 years agoI should say that I don't use Packlink, but to solve the problem I think it is enough to change shipping broker, the web is full of them.
Since you have a VAT number, you can also sign up for a direct subscription with the courier, getting even more convenient rates than those offered by Packlink.
