I, before leaving negative feedback for my Ebay seller, since I received a miniature with completely damaged packaging (these are collectible little boxes with the miniature inside), he asked me what I suggested to solve the problem. I asked to get the same Chenel miniature back. In response, he said that the item had not been damaged and that the packaging was only unsightly, and he offered me a mini spray (definitely at a very different price from mine).If he had been honest, he would have refunded the item or made sure I got an identical one (at the moment he doesn't have any).That doesn't seem like proper behavior to me, and sending a photo of the crushed package 📦 seemed excessive.the seller is French, but it seems to me that he came up with some absurd excuses.I kindly ask for your opinion.Thank you in advance for your attention
