PackLink charged me twice for the shipping label for an item

Hello PackLink, through the eBay shipping area it charged me twice for the shipping of an item I sold. The first time I paid for the label and the cost of the label was charged to my card, but I didn’t receive any email or label. I went into the reserved shipping area and there was a shipping draft. It was the one I had paid for. I completed it and it charged me again. How can I get a refund? I’d also be fine with a credit for a future shipment.
