Good morning, why do I still find 10.68 minimum in Europe for UPS on the rate card, but when I create the shipment it shows me ~12.24?? Is there a tool to make pre-sale quotes?

Mentore3 years agoWhy do they say "starting from...", so the price is for the smallest package... if yours is bigger, of course it costs more...
