It had been months since I last put anything up for sale on eBay; in the meantime the payout methods have changed. Now I sold an item that the buyer paid for the same day with PayPal, I received 2 micro credits in my account on the 5th and on the 10th they were reversed, but when do I receive the amount? Item sold on 1/1/2023, shipped on 7/1/2023, today 12/1/2023 I still haven’t seen the payment, thanks

Mentore3 years agoBesides the fact that you're selling new items with a private account, maybe before going back to selling, it would have been a good idea to read the new rules; you can do that now too:
Receive payments for sold items | eBay
Register as a seller | eBay
I also wanted to add that, since you're considered a new seller, your funds are held for at least 15 days:
Pending payments | eBay
