Incoming payments
Hi, I sold two items worth €20 each, with fees it came to €18.65 each.
In my eBay account it shows €18.65 credited for each item, but checking my bank account I received €16.65 for each item, I can't figure out why... I should point out that there don't appear to be any fees... I'm attaching a photo

your card most likely has a €2 fee for each top-up... if that's the case, better change it!

Mentore2 years agoYou’re a private seller, so it’s 5% plus 35 cents.
20 - 5% = 20 - 1 = 19
19 - 0.35 = 18.65
So if ebay transferred 18.65 to you and only 16.65 were credited to your account, I’m afraid the difference is fees charged by your bank.
To be sure, use the code that ebay gave you and ask your bank to let you check the transaction details; from there you’ll see how much the original transfer was and who took the difference.
