Hello, good morning, this morning I received a payment request from eBay for no reason, I was charged 9 euros and I wanted to understand why and especially how to make sure they don't take them from me again

you've probably tried to sell some item... a request of €9 may make people think you've created a listing in the category "Cars, motorbikes and other vehicles, Motorboats and Sailboats" and as such you pay the fee even if you don't sell it or if you close the listing on your own initiative.
