Additional payment upon delivery
This is already the umpteenth time that I buy international products from the same country and I have always paid in total both the product price and the shipping costs. But this is the first time that (when the postman arrived at my house) I was asked to pay extra money for shipping costs.
Can you help me?

If you want delivery, you have to pay any duties, VAT, customs charges and carrier charges.
It may depend on what you bought, where you bought it (obviously the answer is not on "ebay"!) and the total cost.
Remember that if you refuse the package, you won't even be entitled to a refund.
