Cash on delivery
I bought a vinyl record and paid. Now at the time of delivery the courier is asking me for €42, does anyone know why? The vinyl is coming from the USA. When I made the payment there was nowhere it said that I would have to pay anything.

Mentore1 year agoIf you buy an item from a non-EU country, you are "importing" it and as such it is up to you to know that the item will pass through customs with the charges at your expense, such as Italian VAT, duties if applicable, customs charges, and carrier fees.
You won't find it written because it's something you should know.
