Payment blocked
Good evening, I bought an item and paid normally via eBay, it had charged me twice the amount so I made a report, so far everything was normal if it weren't for the fact that now I'm sorted but the seller sees the payment as blocked and can't get his money even though he has shipped the item, but for me the transaction shows as completed normally...how can this be resolved?

Mentore5 months agoMost likely the seller is new/doesn't sell on eBay very often, so their payment is being held as a precaution for 15-20 days, as per the rules.
