customs payment
hello I made the purchase of an item coming from Switzerland.
here are the details:
1 itemEUR 60,00
ShippingEUR 19,00
VAT *EUR 17,38
Order totalEUR 96,38
but if I had already paid the fees, why when the package arrived did I have to pay 24 euros in customs fees?

Mentore3 years agoBut if they charged you (because of the shipper’s mistake) VAT twice and it’s clearly written on the invoice (the one from the shipper under customs charges), you can ask for a refund of the one paid to eBay.

Mentore3 years agoWhy are they "customs fees"... since I bought from a non-EU country, it's normal to pay this charge... you've already paid VAT, but not other fees, which are due on delivery.
