Hello, I sold an item for €85. Shipped with a tracking number through Packlink, after 10 days the parcel still hadn’t had its tracking updated and it still showed at the post office where I had sent it from, but it wasn’t physically there. I filed a complaint with Poste Italiane, which passed the buck. I filed a complaint with Packlink twice, and they opened an investigation. In the meantime I had to refund the Customer: Ebay took the money from my credit card. Today, though, even though the parcel still hasn’t had its tracking updated, it was picked up by the customer at the pickup point and kindly let me know and wants to pay for the item they received, since as of today Ebay or Packlink still haven’t replied to me about the investigation and haven’t given me a penny. Also because if Packlink refunded me I would at most receive €35, which is the insurance coverage provided for this shipment, and not the full €85 from the sale, so I’d be out €50.Do you know how to send the customer a payment notice for that same amount they received as a refund? I checked the seller console and I can’t find the solution to my problem.Should I contact technical support?Thanks so much to anyone who can suggest a solution.
