Payment made but order not shipped
Good evening, I’m asking for some advice: I placed an order for an item two days ago, but I haven’t received any confirmation or notification with the order number, etc...in short, it’s as if the order hadn’t gone through; the thing is that the payment by card was taken within a few minutes...I’m trying to contact customer service but I don’t have any order number to refer to.
Thanks to anyone who can give me some guidance.

if you purchased as a guest and didn't provide a valid email to receive confirmation, unfortunately that was the only way to find the order number.
Try contacting support anyway, maybe they can trace it with other details.
