incoming payment blocked
I have incoming payments blocked because the account is subject to restrictions.
I first did the account verification and it went through fine, then they asked me to upload the document in color, I took the photo but they keep telling me it’s in black and white (impossible because I took the photo with my phone).
Bottom line, I have the money on eBay but I still don’t have it in my account…
Has this ever happened to anyone?

Mentore2 years agoIf you take a look at the forum, it's full of users complaining about similar situations.
The point is that you're a new seller and as such your payments are blocked for at least 15 days.
