Incoming payment rejected by the bank

Hi everyone, today eBay tried to send me the usual bank transfer. But they messaged me saying that the bank rejected the payment. I’d like to point out that the IBAN details are correct and that payments have been going through successfully for years. Has this ever happened to you? What can I do? Thanks
