Hello everyone, I have a situation on eBay where I’m hoping to get some advice. I sold a console and shipped it via Bartolini, choosing 48-hour delivery. However, the package took almost a week to arrive. When the buyer saw the delay, two days after shipment he opened a request for "item not received" and sent me several messages about it because he was constantly worried. Now the tracking shows that the package has been delivered, but conveniently the buyer is no longer responding and the request has remained open, with the payment on hold. On a couple of occasions I provided the same tracking number showing delivery, but I still haven’t received any feedback. Does anyone know if, and for how long, the funds might remain on hold in cases like this? And what do you recommend I do about this buyer who has stopped replying to me, causing this inconvenience?
