good morning guys, it's the first sale I’m making on eBay, I sold a PS4 Pro for 166 euros, won by a girl who, like me, has 0 feedback, eBay tells me she has paid but the money is blocked, what should I do? should I send the item anyway or is it a scam... help me please

In the eBay email, does it say that the user has paid and that their address is there?
