VAT payment on purchase from Israel.

Good evening, during checkout for a purchase coming from Israel, at the bottom of the payment form it says that VAT is included in the total. Unlike other purchases, though, I don't see it separated from the item cost. Can I be sure that what is shown at the bottom of the payment form is correct?

No, on eBay there are no guarantees!
