Payment not received?
I made a purchase, but the seller hasn’t received anything. eBay took the money from me, in the payments box it says "complete your payment"; when I click it doesn’t let me complete anything, instead it makes me do it again, and I think it will charge me twice

If it shows as paid, the payment is probably being held by eBay because the seller is new or not very active.
