Payment cannot be made
A seller (from whom I have already bought) made me an offer and I accepted. At the time of payment it says that the seller does not ship to Italy. I wrote to him but he is not responding. I wrote to eBay customer service but they say I have to proceed with payment, but I can't do that, I can't cancel. What should I do?

until the seller provides you with an invoice with the correct shipping costs for Italy, you won’t be able to make the payment... many times support doesn’t even know what they’re saying...
So keep insisting with the seller, I think it’s in their interest to conclude the transaction successfully.

OP3 years agoI've already written to the seller 3 times with no replies. Anyway, since as you say he hasn't issued an invoice, I'm calm.
