Payment not received from eBay despite the buyer's positive feedback

Hello everyone.

I sold an item and despite the buyer’s positive feedback, eBay still hasn’t paid me, neither to PayPal nor to my bank account.

How can I get in touch with eBay to solve my issue, which isn’t covered by the automated replies?

do you know how payments work?

Have you updated your account with a valid IBAN in your name?

You're a new seller, so your funds are blocked for at least 15 days...
