object payment
Hi, I was refunded by Ebay for an item whose shipment had gone missing. Today, after a very long time, this item has arrived. I was clearly refunded because I had paid through PayPal. The seller had filed a claim with the shipper (POSTE), so he did not receive my payment and moreover no longer has the item. How should I act in this case? EBay gives me no way to do anything to re-enter the discussion about the item in question because it has already closed it...
I’m asking for help... Thanks

you can contact the seller, explain what happened to them, and you'll see that they’ll be very happy to help you... you’ll find a way, by mutual agreement, to pay them the money owed.

Mentore3 years agoUnfortunately, on eBay you can't do anything else... after all, you've already been refunded.
Contact the seller, maybe they can create a listing just for you... it could be an option.
