payment for sold item

I sold an item about twenty days ago, eBay told me that the buyer had made the

payment and so I could ship it. To this day though I still haven’t received any credit.

Can you explain to me how payments for sold items work. Thanks.

For new users or those who don't sell very often, there is a 15-day hold, then the funds are credited to the checking account correctly linked to the eBay account.

Yes, I have Postepay with PayPal
