payment partially completed
Good morning to all members. My friend had a problem. He sold an item and the shipping cost was already indicated. It turns out that they made the payment for the item price only, not the shipping. How can he resolve it? What procedure can he follow? thanks

tell your friend that he probably made some mistake in the listing... the buyer can't pay only partially.
So if he hasn't shipped it yet, he can cancel the sale, aware of the possible repercussions.
