payment received without sending subject

Since this is my first time selling an item on eBay, I thought it worked differently; so I set the price of the item I sold much lower than what it was worth and what I wanted to receive. Now two people have bought this item, both paying a small amount, and I’d like to refund them the money I received, which is still being held by eBay anyway. How can I do that?

first of all it’s best to read how eBay works:

Then you need to enter a credit card to advance the two refunds... and expect repercussions on the feedback you’ll receive...
