Payment for one shipment only
I bought 4 items from the same seller; in the cart it charges me shipping 4 times, but I should only pay once. Does the seller need to proceed? Because I contact them but they don't reply and maybe the messages I send them aren't reaching them because they're marked with a red exclamation point and then the message I send disappears.
