Good evening, this afternoon I was delivered the Braun razor by Poste Italiane, but I had to pay € 15,78 in customs fees to receive it. At the time of purchase it was indicated that there would be NO shipping charges and NO ADDITIONAL COST beyond the product price.
I would consider it fair and proper for you to issue me a refund, credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

Mentore1 year agoIf you had already paid VAT at the time of purchase and now the courier has asked you for it a second time, you can request a refund.

you probably bought the item from a non-EU seller and not having noticed it before does not allow you to request any refund... much less on a public forum.
