payment withheld
Since I started selling, they ask me every day to update my personal details.
I'm Argentine and I've been living in Italy for a year and a half now.
I sent them my residence permit, my foreigner's ID card, my Italian driver's license, and they keep sending me a message saying that I need to update my details again.
How can I find out what they need when I've already sent it to them.
Even so, they keep holding my payments.

if you are in Italy, you must provide valid Italian documents... so an Italian identity card, an Italian IBAN in your name matching the identity card.
If you don't have any of that, eBay probably will never be able to unblock the funds... anyway, have you contacted support?
