Good morning everyone
I sold and shipped an item to Denmark, tracking confirms delivery, the buyer confirmed to me via message that they received the package and that everything was fine. I messaged the buyer asking them to confirm to Ebay that they received the item so that the pending payment can be released, but at the moment they still haven’t done it (they’re not replying to me) and so my money is on hold until February 10 (and I don’t even know the reason for that date) .....
Does anyone know how I can get Ebay to release the money without waiting for that date?

it's been a while since you last sold, so you're in the category of infrequent sellers and as such the delivery of the item is irrelevant, ebay blocks the funds regardless for no less than 15 days:
