PAID AND NOT RECEIVED
I ORDERED AN ITEM FROM THE USA, AFTER 2 COURIERS WHO "PASS IT ON" TO EACH OTHER, THE LAST ONE, POSTEITALIANE, "POPS UP" SAYING THAT DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED (ABSOLUTELY FALSE) AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF THAT THIS HAPPENED. WHAT DOES EBAY DO? IT TAKES POSTEITALIANE'S VERSION AS TRUE, CLOSES THE DISPUTE ON ME, TELLING ME THAT I WON'T BE REFUNDED A THING! BYE BYE EBAY...INCREDIBLE POLICY TOWARD CUSTOMERS, FROM AN E-COMMERCE...COMMERCIALLY I DON'T THINK IT WILL TAKE THEM VERY FAR...

Mentore7 months agoIf the postal service says they attempted to deliver the item to you and that you did not collect it (and that you didn't bother to pick it up from storage), there won't be any platform that can side with you. Any e-commerce site would tell you that you are not entitled to a refund.
You need to take action against the postal service with the procedure for contesting the notice.
