Hello, good morning, I need to return a package from Switzerland to Italy, but they sent me a label that isn’t valid abroad, only in Italy. How can I proceed with the return at no cost?

Mentore1 year agoContact the seller and have them send you the money so you can arrange the shipment yourself... but I doubt they'll do it, since by providing you with the label, the matter is closed for them.
