Hello,"unreliable" is a subjective judgment, so I would ask support for its removal. If you have already had to refund several "book parcels" the obvious question is: why are you still using it? However, I would like to point out your sales setup: you claim to have a shop, but your listings do not show a VAT number, nor do you have a professional account. Kind regards.
