Hello, eBay is asking me to create a VAT number because I’ve sold a lot. But I don’t want to create a VAT number because I won’t be selling much anymore, but in small quantities. When will I be able to use my account again without a VAT number and with ads on eBay? Can I restore my account?

Mentore6 months agoAnyway, to answer your question, if you don't switch to a professional account with a VAT number, your eBay adventure ends here... even if you try to open new accounts.
What you were selling, you couldn't do it with a private account!

Mentore6 months agoI think they’re contesting tariff evasion, because as a private individual you paid lower tariffs.
For the tax side, talk about it with an accountant, since any challenge would be made by the tax authority (probably following an eBay report under DAC7 regulations).
