VAT number under the flat-rate scheme?
To regularly sell used computer items, I'm consulting several accountants and each one tells me something different....some say you can, some say no. Can someone give me an update? Thanks

OP1 year agoThe latest accountant says you have to keep the load and unload register of used goods stamped by the municipality....

Mentore1 year agoThe flat-rate scheme and used goods don’t go very well together. There would be the margin scheme, but it’s analytical.

OP1 year agoThanks for the reply, but for 1000 flags... I’ve booked an appointment with the tax agency, if in the meantime there are IT sellers they can say what kind they have

Mentore1 year agoI sold IT for years... but new, never dealt with used.
I was first on the flat-rate scheme... a huge rip-off... and then switched to the simplified one.
If you want, update the community on the outcome of the meeting with the Revenue Agency... I think it could be very useful.
