Summary: danxo-49 made an online purchase and did not receive an important part of the order, accidentally closing the return request. In August I made a purchase, order number 12-14977-08964. A month after the delivery date, part of the order was delivered to me; the remaining part, the most important one (the vanity cabinet under the sink, the only piece delivered), I never received. By mistake I closed the return request. I never received the remaining goods. In short, I paid €1000 for a sink. I don't know how to get out of this, can someone help me? Do you have an email address, a certified email address (PEC) where I can send my condolences to eBay? With the app and the chat I can't get anything sorted out.
