Switch from professional seller account to personal account

Good evening

I used eBay to sell many years ago, but I didn’t remember having activated a professional seller account; I’ve always been a private seller. In the settings there isn’t an edit option, so I was asking whether anyone knows the procedure to switch from professional to private.

It’s not possible, the professional account must be closed and then you can open a personal one.
