PC under warranty
I bought a PC 11 months ago, there's no trace of it in my purchases, it says "expired".
The seller makes promises "madonna di loreto" but in reality 42 days have passed with sending and resending, the PC is worse than before. Can you give me a hand on how to handle this and contact eBay. Thanks

Mentore3 days agoYour relationship is directly with the seller, not with ebay.
If the seller was a professional with a registered office in an EU country, they are required to give you the legal 24-month warranty. If the seller doesn't help you, you can report the unfair commercial practice to the market authority... https://www.agcm.it/segnala-online/index
